During the month of October, we are hosting meet and greets with candidates for the Mercer Island City Council. This Sunday we welcome Dave Rosenbaum and his family to meet his consituents. We invite the whole family as Janine Rosenbaum will be hosting a special story time that afternoon.
I am a third-generation Washingtonian, my parents have been leaders on Mercer Island for two decades. My wife and I moved home because it is the perfect community for our family. We are fortunate to live on Mercer Island, with its natural beauty, safe neighborhoods, top-rated schools, and abundant parks and trails. Soon, our community will face many difficult challenges. I am running to ensure those decisions protect and improve the things we love about Mercer Island. I have more than a decade of public service, and a proven track record of making a difference and delivering results, I am ready to serve as your representative.
These will be my priorities as Your representative on the Mercer Island City Council:
Enhance the Unique Nature of Our Community, Such as Our Safety, Parks, & Schools
Properly Plan to Meet the Needs & Opportunities of the Future
Make Sure Your Tax Dollars Are Spent Wisely by Prioritizing Police & Fire
Innovate to Find Solutions that Improve Transportation Options for Islanders
Fight for Our Interests When Negotiating With Regional, County & State Agencies
I am proud to be endorsed by State Senator Lisa Wellman, State Representatives Tana Senn, My-Linh Thai, and many of your friends and neighbors. But the endorsement that matters most is yours. I hope I can count on your vote.
